The wellness industry is rapidly evolving, driven by advancements in technology, societal shifts, and an increasing focus on holistic health. The Fortune 1 needed a comprehensive, future-proof strategy to establish itself as a leader in wellness, anticipating key trends and aligning with emerging consumer behaviors. The challenge was to design a long-term vision that integrated physical, mental, and emotional wellness while ensuring sustainability and accessibility.
