As a fractional CPO, I led GLEO's product strategy and GTM efforts to prepare them for their $500,000 seed funding round, transforming a simple rewards app into a platform for discovering, tracking, and experiencing social impact.

People want to do good things for society but can't easily see or share their impact. Most apps just count points or money, missing the bigger picture of how small actions create big change. Gleo needed to grow from a simple rewards app into something bigger that could change how people think about doing good.
Task
I was tasked with transforming Gleo from a reward-tracking app into a movement while leading the GTM strategy to secure seed funding. This meant shaping the product vision, mentoring junior designers, and building their flagship platform. The challenge was to create a compelling product-market fit that would attract users and investors, ultimately support a $500,000 seed round.
"Beat the Kid" - A Mumbai-focused launch campaign challenging adults to match kids' knowledge of the local waste segregartion rules. Beca use sometimes the best teachers of city guidelines are our youngest citizens.
I provided senior product leadership and hands-on execution, helping Gleo avoid the cost of a full-time executive while getting the expertise needed at this critical growth stage. Alongside building the core impact-tracking platform, we created a localized launch campaign for Mumbai that spreads across Instagram filters and web, testing if gen z can match children's knowledge about BMC-mandated waste segregation rules.
